A recent move from Highland Park Village (it's home for 15 years) to bigger digs at The Shops of Highland Park means business is blooming for Avant Garden. The shop, owned by event planner extraordinaire Todd Fiscus, now has space for an expanded selection of home furnishings and accessories.

I LOVE THEM. I adore this staff, everyone was so helpful and responsive. You can tell that there’s a culture of creating wonderful events. They truly do it all and even throughout this entire COVID-19 mess, they were super helpful. Booking with them was by far the easiest experience of my engagement and I would recommend to everyone who’d listen. My only concern was that some of my guests were not able to go back and get more food, we had a buffet, seemingly because the catering staff was packing the food in to-go boxes for themselves. It sucks because we paid for that and it feels they didn’t get our moneys worth out of it. Other than this, everything was perfect. 9.8/10

The venue was wonderful! And also the people were amazing! They are so sweet and also so helpful with everything.

Having my wedding at Aristide was a terrific decision. For starters, the grounds themselves are well maintained so your pictures are going to look phenomenal. Audra and Jenelle are wonderful to work with. They do a great job making sure you feel appreciated. They even lend a hand when needed during your rehearsal and reception so that things can stay on track and you can spend more time with those that came to celebrate you. Their in-house catering, Milestone, has some amazing food! Very well prepared & affordable pricing.
